Our Website Maintenance Plans can be used for:

Page modifications: update existing pages and keep your website completely up to date by making sure that pages which change frequently always have new content and are regularly updated.

Announcements and promotions: for company announcements about new products or services, or new business case studies together with any promotional activities to generate new customers.

Removing old content: ensure that your site does have old and out of date material which could confuse or, even worse, mislead your customers.

Adding or replacing images: a picture paints a thousand words so make sure that the images of your site are kept fresh.

Adding to pages: integrating new content on pages in your current site (or new pages under agreement) to provide information on new products, new items or new services.

Total Flexibility To offer you the best possible deal, we have a 2 main options to answer your requirements: a flexible 'units' package based on hours worked and a customized service level agreement.

"Units" option: You can have complete flexibility as to the number of hours you wish to use and when to use them by purchasing "units" ahead of time. These can then be used to cover any work that you require. Full reporting of time used is given which gives you total visibility of the work carried out on your behalf and the number of units remaining.

Contract option: we also offer monthly service level contracts (3 month minimum), which are constructed to cover your requirements according to the scope and frequency of the website maintenance that you need. You can then just sit back and relax!

Alternatively, you can include your Website Maintenance as part of a Website Management package which can also incorporate email marketing and list management services, for example, to further boost your visitor numbers.
